These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”) and RE Intelligence (“we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the RE Intelligence market-intelligence platform, including the website at reint.ae and the application at app.reint.ae (the “Service”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Usage Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and references to “you” mean both you and the organisation.

2.Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it current.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
You must notify us promptly at contact form of any unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be inactive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

3.Trial accounts

We offer a 15-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to the tier you have selected. At the end of the trial, your account is automatically demoted to a restricted role unless you convert to a paid plan. We may modify or discontinue the trial programme at any time.

4.Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Subscription fees are listed on the pricing page and are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Yearly plans are paid up front at a 20% discount versus the equivalent monthly rate.
Fees are exclusive of any UAE Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the current cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
You may cancel at any time. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata for unused months net of the 20% annual discount.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. We will notify you at least 7 days before any payment-related suspension.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Resell, sub-license, or redistribute the Service or any data obtained from it without our prior written consent.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data outside the rate limits and APIs we provide.
Use the Service to transmit malware, conduct spam campaigns, or interfere with other users.
Use the Service in any way that violates UAE law, sanctions regulations, or the rights of any third party.
Misrepresent the source of any data when sharing exports — exports must include the “Powered by RE Intelligence” attribution where reasonably possible.

6.Data and content

6.1 Aggregated market data

The Service aggregates publicly available real-estate transaction records and derives insights, forecasts, and reports. Aggregated market data is provided “as available” and is for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, valuation, or legal opinion.

6.2 Customer content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. project bookmarks, competitor groups, chat prompts). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

6.3 AI-generated output

AI features (forecasts, briefs, chat answers, reports) are generated by third-party large language models. Output is provided “as is”. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for material decisions.

7.Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, branding, and aggregated analytics are and remain our property and that of our licensors, protected by UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and applicable international treaties. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to you except a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your active subscription.

8.Confidentiality

“Confidential Information” means non-public information disclosed by either party. The receiving party will use Confidential Information only to perform under these Terms, will protect it with the same care it uses for its own confidential information (and at minimum reasonable care), and will not disclose it to third parties except sub-processors bound by similar obligations.

9.Service levels and availability

We strive to maintain a monthly uptime of 99.5% for the Service excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and issues caused by third-party providers or your own systems. We do not offer an SLA on the AI-generated content latency or accuracy.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF FORECASTS OR MARKET DATA.

11.Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW: (A) NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS; (B) OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER UAE LAW.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising out of (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (b) your customer content, or (c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

13.Termination

You may terminate at any time by cancelling within the Service or emailing us.
We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach with 7 days’ written notice (or immediately for unlawful use).
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain or delete your data per the Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, confidentiality, liability, governing law) will survive.

14.Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, except where the dispute relates to the DIFC or another UAE financial free zone in which case the courts of that jurisdiction shall apply.

15.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
